Opening of the photography exhibition by Steven Smith 'structure | nature'
On Saturday December 4th16:00 the gallery RADAR Architecture & Art will start the exhibition '| nature', showing photographs by the Australian photographer Steven Smith. We cordially invite you to the opening of the show in the Eerste Rozendwarsstraat 17hs.
The photo exhibition is about two elements, architecture and nature. Normally, those are seen as polar opposites, where most people identify nature as ...pristine and pure, and the city as a place of sickness. People living happily in their high-rise apartments still tend to glorify the beauty of unspoiled places far away from their beloved metropolis, seeing the two as completely different aspects of our world.
The aim of the exhibition is to give visitors a different interpretation, where the two opposing polarities of city and nature could match.

Museumnacht: A City Landscape Performance Tour at Radar and SMBA
For the Museumnacht on 6 November the Stedelijk Museum Bureau Amsterdam organizes a performance programme. One of the performances by Anita Hrnic, ‘MADE’ will be shown at Radar at 21:30 and 22:30. smba.nl/en/events/museum-n8

From 19:00 Radar will be offering hot tea to warm you up on this cold November night.
During this evening and for the following few weeks Radar will be showing some of the works that could have been seen at our stand at the Affordable Art Fair.
So if you want to have a look at the art by Nisja, Ozymantra, Laser 3.14 and Durer Group without the crowds around, we will be open every Friday and Saturday from 13:00 to 17:00.

Invitations to the Affordable Art Fair
We cordially invite you to the AAF to see us at stand J6.If you send an e-mail to info@radar-amsterdam.com with "AAF 2for1" in the subject you will receive an e-ticket that allows two persons for the price of one to the fair during the public opening hours.
The public opening hours are:
Thu 28th of Oct 11.00-17.30
Fri 29th of Oct 11.00-20.00
Sat 30th of Oct 11.00-18.00
Sun 31th of Oct 11.00-18.00
We also have a limited number of free tickets for the Private View on Wednesday, the 27th (17:30-21:30) and the AAFond party on Thursday, the 28th (18:00-21:30).
